This is the same portal where you can apply for scholarships not only at the Islamic University of Madinah but also at King Khalid University and many other Saudi universities.
Why is this portal important?
This centralized portal allows international students to apply to several Saudi universities from a single account. It is very important to use it correctly so that your application is submitted correctly and completely.
Step-by-step account creation method
- Go to the portal
Go to the website and change the language to English from the top right corner for your convenience. - Click on “Login” and then go to “Create New Account”
Here you will see three options:
o National ID
o Iqama ID
o Other
Since most international students (such as those from Pakistan or India) do not have a Saudi ID, select “Other”. - Enter Basic Information
o Enter your email address
o Select your nationality
o Enter the captcha code (refresh if incorrect) - Enter Personal Information
o Enter your name in Arabic (Google Translate can be used for this)
o Enter your name in English (First Name, Father’s Name, Grandfather’s Name, Family Name)
o Select Gender and Date of Birth (Gregorian; Hijri will be automatically populated)
o Enter your mobile number in international format (e.g. 0092 for Pakistan) - Email Verification
After submitting the form, a verification code will be sent to your email. Enter it on the portal. - Set Password

Start the application process by logging in
- Log in with your email and password
After logging in, you will be returned to the homepage - Accept the Privacy Policy
Open and read the “Privacy Notice”, then the tick box will be active. Only after ticking will the “Agree” option appear.

Step 1: Personal Information
- Place of Birth and Current Residence
- Marital Status and Disability Information
- Upload Profile Picture
- Passport Information
o Passport Number
o Full Name (as mentioned on the passport)
o Type (mostly Normal)
o Place and Date of Issue
o Expiration Date
o Upload Passport Image (less than 2MB, JPG or PDF format)
Note: If any section turns red or does not proceed, refresh the page and try again. For example, if “Second Name” or “Third Name”
Step 2: Address Information - Region / Province
- City
- Neighborhood / Area
- Street / Street Address
Enter these information correctly and completely. If there is any confusion, use your permanent address.
If you encounter problems with the portal – don’t panic
Sometimes the portal encounters errors or glitches, such as not being able to open the next page, or missing country names. This is normal. Just refresh the page or log in again and continue.
